Everyone here is low balling you. 4x4 with 160,000 is going to put you at 3k easy. You have a v8 in it which is better than a v6. Rear panel damage is in a weird colour which loses some value, but it's not that bad. Just a rear panel and bumper, nothing major. New tires, with exhaust, a/c, stereo etc. I would value it at 4000. Assuming it doesn't have too much rust on it which it doesn't look like it has any.
There are a lot of people out there that would buy his truck as a fixer upper as well. Just depends

Anyone buying a truck like this isn't going to get a shop to repair a rear quarter panel. If you took it to a shop, I can see dropping 2 grand, but majority of people aren't going to do that. They're going to do it themselves which from any junk yard, you can get both pieces for a few hundred bucks. You can't tell me one damaged body piece and the whole truck loses half it's value.

No way thats a 2000 fix, you can get beds at a junk yatd for 400-500 bucks where im from, 2500-3000 is what v6 2x4s with a few more miles on them are going for in my area, so may e trucks just have a higher value where im at haha. Thanks for the insight guys.
