it has some damage to the rear of the bed, also various scratches in the paint

Maybe $2500. With the way you have all these different color schemes going on, it would only appeal to a small percentage of people.

I don't think that the wheels will make much of a difference. The damage is definitely a major drawback. There is an easy grand in damage. Good luck with whatever you are deciding (keeping or selling) to do with your truck.

Paint looks decent downfall is the bed.. it needs a bed and looks like a rear bumper.

Bed $500 at a junk yard + sand prime and PTM
bumper $50 at a junkyard

your looking at maybe $2000 if that
depends who your selling it to and what they are using it for. if they went through insurance to fix it the insurance company would definitely total it out

I'd say a well running clean truck even with damage is worth $2500.

Everyone here is low balling you. 4x4 with 160,000 is going to put you at 3k easy. You have a v8 in it which is better than a v6. Rear panel damage is in a weird colour which loses some value, but it's not that bad. Just a rear panel and bumper, nothing major. New tires, with exhaust, a/c, stereo etc. I would value it at 4000. Assuming it doesn't have too much rust on it which it doesn't look like it has any.
