Default Air cond. cluch is not engaging

My air cond. stopped working, I checked the r134 level, it was high so I got it down to the green area but still no air. The cluch is not kicking in, is there a fuse?

How can I test to see if I need a new compressor or what the next step is.

My horn also doesn't work, but the fuse is good. Can this be related?

Thanks
Jason

try jumping the compressor. use a paperclip and try to jump it. on my 89 the wiring harness was on the accumulator that we used to jump the compressor. if its locked up the engine will stall unless your revving and then itll smoke the belt

How can pressure be high if clutch is not engaging? Are you talking about the low side or high side. Without compressor they will equalize. I'm betting you're low on refrigerant. Pressures can't really be checked without clutch engaging. Low R134 level will prevent clutch from locking. You likely have a leak.
