Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

I got a 2000 f150 xlt 4.6 liter and i was wondering if anyone can verify if a 17x8.5" wheel with +18mm offset will fit? If so, will it stick out any farther than stock? ill also be running bfgoodrich all terrain ko 285/70/17

Should fit and I think it will be slightly wider than stock
