Hi, new to the forum. I have a '98 F-150 XLT 4x4 auto Supercab longbed. I foundt a set of Ford 17" aluminum wheels (offroad package type) to replace the original 16" wheels, and I plan on doing a 2" lift because it's the max I can go without having to change a bunch of stuff. Keeping it affordable.

While I'm at it I want to put coilover shocks on all four corners, I like the ride it gives and I drive some pretty rough roads. The rears are no prioblem, I can get a pair for around $250 from Autozone. But the only coilovers I see available for the front are high-dollar racing shocks or complete coilover kits for over a grand.

So does anybody know of any affordable plain 'ol coilover shocks that will fit the fron of my truck without breaking the bank? Appreciate any help!
