I have the ebay halo dual bulb headlights on a 98, Want to get the colored halo ring conversion and a set of Hid's. My question is, #1 do you guys think I can even do this conversion on my headlights? And #2 is am I going to have to buy double hid kits, and double colored ring kits like listed below? #3 is if i buy an extra hid set and ring set do you guys believe I would be able to do that conversion with the matching spyder brand halo fog lights that I have? Any help would be appreciated. I personally do not believe it will work, but I want your guys opinion before completely rule this out.

All I can tell you is check local laws. A lot of states won't let you emit a red or blue light from your vehicle.
