Default acceleration issue

maybe it's just me but I feel the truck accelerates much better at 3/4 throttle as compared to wot. I did the zip tie mod on the cable already.

My 98 with a 4.6 seems to accelerate best at WOT. I changed the spark plugs last fall and ran added a bottle of Lucas fuel injector cleaner to the tank about a month ago.
I also recently changed the fuel filter, air filter, PCV valve, and installed new calipers, pads, and rotors on the front and brake shoes on the rear drum brakes. If you haven't tried those cross drilled rotors I would highly recommend them. They really give your truck great stopping power and look really nice with my chrome wheels. I changed out fan belt and all the radiator hoses and heater hoses and added new coolant. I also changed the upper ball joints and control arms, tie rod ends, and shock absorbers and took it in for a wheel alignment. My truck is really running, handling, and stopping great now and I am having a hard time finding anything that needs fixin. I haven't tried the zip tie mod so perhaps I should do that. Would you recommend this?
