Default Engine being replaced - what else should I replace?

See burping thread for long gory details of why the dealership is replacing the engine in a 2003 F150 I just purchased. They have decided to swap out the original with 98K miles with an engine with 88K miles.

I have a new water pump, thermostat, tension pulley and fan clutch.
If an engine is being swapped out with 88K miles, what else would you guys recommend replacing before it goes back into the truck?

if there is a thread on this, please link for me.

thanks
