You should paint the grille and lower valance black.

Its kinda like my trucks brother...

So far, so good! However, I would leave the chrome part of the bumper chrome. First off because I personally think a little bit of chrome adds definition, secondly; painting chrome is a bitch. If you don't do the prep properly, it will begin peeling before years end. Be careful!

I'm going to leave the chrome. I had never planned on painting it.

when I see a truck with the front end higher than the rear the first thing to go through my mind is that someone has overloaded the thing and borked the springs....

I'll nevr have anything over 500 pounds in the back of it. The heaviest thing being my snowmobile and at the most ill have 3 dirtbikes.
