Have a single in dual out muffler welded in place of the stock one and have the tail piped kicked out the side like a lightning and you'll have a sweet look, decent sound, and pass emissions fine.

I apologize for all the beginner questions, I looked through the audio files thread, but I'm looking for a muffler that'll give me a deep rumble, but won't break the bank. Any suggestions or should I just ask the local muffler shop?
