Default 99 Ford F-150 4.2L Head Gasket Problems?

ok so i have a 99 ford f150 2wd 5speed manual and its just rolled 200k and has been a solid motor very well maintenced and taken care off. i just changed the oil today and noticed when i took the cap off that there was white oil meaning water in the oil. i know these motors are very notorious for bad intake and head gaskets but which one is it really? intake or heads? theres not alot of antifreeze lose maybe a pint or so just a guess and the oil wasnt watery when i was watching it drain so the problem has just started. theres a little bit of noticable oil in the resevior but its not very much at all. so what im wondering is it the head gasket or just the lower intake gaskets? the truck still runs good does not run rough or caugh at all so thats y im thinking its not in the cylinders. so is that a bad head gasket?!

Im doing repairs myself so even if its just the lower intake gasket i might as well do the head gaskets as well since im already that far into it! I just want some other opinions on which gasket for sure it is? Thanks
