I put new plugs and plug wires on and it ran great changed the positive terminal on the battery now it acts like it don't want to crank when I get it to crank it don't want to idol it spits and sputters and has no power it has about 200,000 miles 4.6L V8 any ideas
Go over your work, somethings up. Did you use Motorcraft wires/-you replaced the plugs as well correct? Wires connected correctly? You really should clean all connections on that positive cable contact connections. Since even a new cable can loose connection with it's counterpart due to invisible oxidation.
So yea, go over it.

Could have blown a fuse somehow accidentally. Just changing the terminal would cause nothing to operate any different. Check fuses both under hood/dash See if something blew maybe. Does the 4.6 have coils? My 5.4 use to do the same thing, after replacing plugs, I realized a couple coils went out. Just a little negative experience.
