ive been a proud owner of my truck for 4 years now. i went out and bought a new one and now im going to hand it down to my girlfriend (she loves the truck). but i plan on fixing it up before i do. I want to drop it, put on some ground effects, cam the 5.4L and a few other things. i have seen some cam kits but it doesnt say anything about retuning the computer. i havent heard of anyone droping these trucks so if anyone has, the help would be greatly appreciated. i would also kind of like to know if anyone has cammed these old stlye 5.4's (how much to expect out of it) its already got true duals flowmaster 40's, K&N 77 series, JET high flow MAF sensor and Ford Racing 21 lb/hr injectors. Ill put some picks up when i get the hood and body kit in. Thanks Everybody
