guy has these for sale near me he says they are 16x10's but I wanna know what brand and whats the offset, and im guessing they were painted or plasti dipped. Also would i be able to use my stock lug nuts with these?

They look just like mine and they are pacers. -24 offset and stock lugs wont work. You need acorn style.

Will I be able to get center caps?

The ultra center caps look like exact matches to what I had. I think on our trucks the wheels like this are all almost identical. The have to be hubcentric and in doing so most of the caps for this wheel just clip in from the top. Well Ultra doesnt even make those wheels for our Fords so I doubt they have a centercap to fit.

As long as the wheel with the blown out tire didnt get damaged then I would say fair.
