Correct, I just didn't want to order a set of red bulbs at the time so I just threw a white one in my 3rd brake light. But if you're doing a tail light it'd be best to get red

I ordered one red for my third brake light so I'm eager to see how it looks once I get it working like we talked about.
I was going to order the tails, reverse lights, and ambers for the front corners but some of those lights get pricey from superbrightleds so I am doing it in waves to make it seem a little easier on the wallet. I know you can get them from other sources but I've always had good luck with SBL products. I've put them in multiple of my mustangs over the years.

All the bulbs are the same either way. You will need to swap out the flasher relay to an LED specific unit in order to run them. I would not recommend using resistors, you have to hack up your harness to run them, and they produce an excess of heat which I see as a fire hazard
