The 194's work in the 3rd brake light. 10 do your doors, hood, cargo light, license plate, and glove box.

For the others you just need to look for a bulb with a lot of LED's on it that project light in all directions so you get maximum light.

Yes, and a flasher relay so they'll blink correctly

Well now that I've got the 10 pack of 194's on order, I'm excited like a little kid in the days leading into Christmas.

I'm already deciding which lights I want to switch to LED's after these...

Only my left one was. Would NOT stay lit without having to be wiggled. A friend of mine fixed it somehow after not being functional for a few months.

How do you get at them? I was in my dress clothes after work today and didn't went to mess around too much and dirty my shirt.

Should I wrap and solder some extra wire around the leads on the LED's so it's a tighter fit?

Go under the bumper and you can feel the harness and the light holder. Just twist it and pull back and they come out.
