You have to put in resistors or they will. These are what i used:

http://www.superbrightleds.com/morei...r-kit/190/831/

You need two of each if you do both front and back. They come with a wire crimp connector to connect the wires instead of splicing and soldering. They are useless. I tried them and the wires just slid out. I had to solder them in.

For the price of those wouldn't it be cheaper and better to just swap the flasher module?

It really would. I'm not sure which one to get though, they showed like 5 different kinds for my truck. Pretty much why I haven't tried yet.

It's a relay that controls the minimum voltage to make the lights flash. An led flasher has no minimum so it will blink LED's because they use so little power

I tried finding a flashing module, but I couldn't find anyone that definately worked so I just soldered in resistors.

I red the whole thread, but I'm still confused

I want to order superbrightleds.com and used there bulb finder, would that order be right:

High mount stop light uses 912 bulb: 3x 194 LED Bulb - 5 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base
License plate uses 194 bulb: 2x 194 LED Bulb - 5 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base
Ash tray uses 37 bulb: 1x 74 LED Bulb - 3 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base
Dome light uses 912 bulb: 2x 194 LED Bulb - 5 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base
Dome light uses 578(festoon) bulb: 1x 578 LED Bulb - 9 LED Festoon
Step/Courtesy light uses 168 bulb: 2x 194 LED Bulb - 5 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base
Under hood light uses 912 bulb: 1x 194 LED Bulb - 5 SMD LED Wide Angle Wedge Base

I'm totally unsure with all those numbers and how many I have to order?!

The number of SMD's is how many individual LED's there are on the bulb, 18 or 45.
