5 speed won't go in gear
1990 F-150 5 speed. Drive fine until it warms up, then the transmission kicks out of gear. Makes a noise that sounds like gears not meshing, but not a grinding sound...if that makes sense to you. Just replaced the shifter bushings thinking that was the issue. After that it drove fine for a day but is now doing it again. When the truck cools back down it goes into gear just fine. Any ideas?

You are in the wrong section, but a couple questions. Does it do it in ALL gears? Have you or anyone else opened the trans up lately?
