Default 5.4L spark plug removal question

I'm replacing the spark plugs on a 1999 F-150 5.4L and the air compressor is out of commission at the moment, :slaps self: Needless to say, I didn't blow out the dirt in the spark plug hole before removing one of them. The new plug has dirt stuck to the anti-seize on the threads and only one thread (one revolution) will start before seizing on the dirt in between the threads.

Now that the combustion chamber has been exposed to contamination, does anyone know the best method to get it out of there without possibly further contamination, if any?

Pull the plug out and wipe it clean, re apply antisieze and then reinstall plug, there likely isn't enough dirt to hurt anything, just make sure the plug isn't cross threaded and be sure its torqued to spec.
