Default 5.4 triton runs hot. White smoke. No water in oil. Blows coolant out.

230k miles. Just had the intake manifold replaced. Runs hot. White smoke in exhaust. No water in oil. Builds pressure in reservoir and blows out coolant. Misses at idle. Runs rough. Am I looking at a bad head gasket or maybe just a thermostat?

Yeah, thanks guys. I was hoping for maybe some oddball glitch in these motors that would mimic a head gasket but be much cheaper to fix. I can't put another couple thousand in this old truck. Gonna have to get something else to drive.
