After a quick inspection, on mine, I'm almost leaning towards an exhaust leak. But that's probably not right since the truck has started running bad again (like a fouled plug) but not bad enough to throw a check engine light yet so I dunno.

Make sure your coils are seated right when you put them back on the plugs, i didnt seat one all the way on mine one time and it made a heck of a ticking noise! Other than that, these trucks (or should i say engines) are notorious for having noisy valvetrains.
