Default 5.4 headers

I have a new set of shorties I want to put on my 5.4. However the studs have trouble written all over them. Any advise would be helpful.

start hitting it with penetrating lube a few days in advance and i usually take the bolts out when the engine is hot cause they will come out easier.

They look welded. The manifolds look more rusted than normal as well. And I have a leak on the pass side. looks like the Manifold warped untill it snapped the stud.

Just cut the heads off the bolts if the bolts don't come out easily and then use an easy out to get the rest out don't break it in the head
