So did it improve your off idle response?

That's deffinately down on power. I have a feeling that when you first started the truck you may have toasted a plug or two. Have you pulled your plugs to look for signs of detonation?
Also have you logged your iat2 temps??

On a side note where did you get your air/fuel gauge? I really like the analog look you have going there.

Haven't pulled the plugs... But the truck runs fine, it just doesn't play nicely on cold starts. I'm positive the sparkplugs are working. I'm pretty sure id hear the knock coming from detonation. I believe I'm running too rich if anything...

My only IAT sensor reads around 150-170 which i believe is normal.

Gauges are revolution line from speedhut.

Look at that previous picture i posted; specifically where the throttle linkage bracket gets attached to the throttle body. Notice how in the last picture the linkage bracket sits on top of the 10mm nut instead of flush on the throttle body This pushes out the bracket a little more.

I also used a few washers in addition to adding a nut. Tightened the mechanical linkage up real good.

Whats your T.P.S reading when your pedal is fully depressed to the floor?

So i had a bit of free time today. Managed to chop 2-3 inches off the fan shroud. Then i stuck the shroud back in. So everything fits nicely now, and i can have somewhat better cooling. Also, the I/C resivor got moved slightly due to the fan shroud.

Here's a (mostly) completed picture of all the work. Realistically all i have left is one more dyno tune next week to pickup some more timing and make some more adjustments.

I see what your're saying now. I didn't have that problem then. I will have to ask my tuner what my tps reading is at WOT. I don't use dyno, I am tuning through emails. $390 for tuner that included starter tune and free tunes til it runs correctly! Can't beat that
