Unless someone changed it, you have a fan clutch. Why do you ask?

Its a thermal clutch. If fans didnt have clutches or temp gauges, your truck would take hours to get up to running temp in the winter time.

Because from the minute I turn my truck on the fan spins and never stop. I'm trying to Change my fluid but I can't get the stuff in the overflow tank (where the flush is pored) to go into the radiator. Seems like its not warming up

Take clutch off and check it out. They are about 60 bucks to replace.

Okay. Will do, just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something. So how should I go about getting the coolant flush from my overflow tank into the radiator?

Unless these are different than other vehicles, won't the fan always spin at least some? I just got my F150 but I know with my Dakota even when the cluth was disengaged there was still some resistance, so the fan spun, but you could tell it wasn't full speed. Once the engine warms up and the clutch engaged you could really tell the fan was spinning with the engine.

Uh yeah on our type of systems I recommend pulling the upper hose of and draining some out to add the flush there. It may never work through the overflow tank.

On you truck, the fan will ALWAYS spin. The T Stat controls your temp. There's nothing wrong with yours!

The fan is designed to pull air thru the radiator so at idle it will always spin, at higher speeds with air being forced thru the radiator the fan slows down/stops if the fan clutch is working correctly. Like said above the thermostat controls the engine temp. With summer knocking on the door it would be good maintenance to replace the thermostat and any hoses that look questionable after you do your flush.
