I sanded the pipe, got everything put back together, but I noticed.. There is a few very small gaps between the pipe, and the metal hole. The pipe fits snug, but it definitely isn't "air-tight" or "water tight" for that matter. Is this a big problem? Should I be worried? Or do you think its ok? Everything is sitting good, and won't budge on me, I am just worried about those few little gaps..

you will have to take it apart and start over haha not really it will be fine the way it is

if your worried about it, you could just silicone the gaps

Well I would've felt sorry had you actually fallen for the start all over bit. You'll be fine as is, just as long as majority of the air comes from the inner fender. You can seal it, but you'd probably one of select few that did.
