Default Vehicular Caffeine Injection

I own a 2001 F150 4.6L pretty stock and have recently returned from deployment. While i was gone it was not taken care of very well. I am finally caught up with maintenance and was wondering if there is any way to get the power back in the truck that it had when i got it? Not looking to replace engine and it is running decently but it doesnt have the giddy up that it had when i got it. Any suggestions other than injection cleaners , seafoam and such have already done these things. Plugs and coils are only a year old, oil change, filters, are all up to date. Thanks

Strange indeed, you seem to have already done your homework. Try cleaning the MAF and resetting the computer?
