I have an 03 F150 Supercrew XLT with the 4.6 V8... When I back up, and sometimes going forwards, my truck makes a ticking sound... I'm not sure where It's coming from.... also my truck vibrates when I let off the accelerator on the highway... I had my truck dual straight piped from the cats back... (still have cats) I dont know if that affects anything? This is driving me nuts!
