W0lves, no. The 4.2L engine bellhousing (the part that connects the engine to the transmission) will not bolt up to a 4.6L or 5.4L from an f-150 of our gen. It's not going to work. The 4.2L v6 uses an older v8 bell housing pattern, not a current v8 pattern.
Could you swap in a 3.8L or 5.0L transmission, yes!
Can you swap in a 4.6L or 5.4L transmission, no!
