Default 38 inch tires

So I just got a good deal on a set of 38's that I will be picking up tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone has tried running 38's on just a 6 inch lift. Im just trying to decide if they will clear well enough to run until I get my BL installed, or if I should just wait.

a zone 6" lift is a TRUE 6" so if you crank your tbars an inch and a half and put an inch AAL in back u can clear them no problem!

I say try it out with the two up front mounting them and checking how they turn and clearance and if they dont fit you are only out 50 bucks

Well I'm gonna try it, hopefully tomorrow I can get back before any shops close and get the tires swapped over in time, and ill let everybody know how it goes. I'm taking my truck to the Indianapolis 4x4 truck jamboree so as long as I can roll straight and make slight turns I'm good! Lol

So I have my update... And it looks like I'm gonna get a body lift sooner than I expected because it just aint gonna be drive able anywhere where there is a turn sharper then a 45 degree. I'm gonna try to remove my wheel spacers tomorrow and see if that will make a difference. I think if they were skinnier tires they would clear but 14.5" wide just ain't happening.

Here is a pic of it on the 38's tho
