Most guys get taller springs. There is a place about 45 minutes from me that sells them.

Something like this? And if so what would be a good size to get for 285/70r17s? I’ve read thing about not going over 2.5” on f150s for some reason.

I wouldn't use those. Take a look at rough country. I like to recommend the spindle lift just because it keeps your factory angles and ride characteristics.

So I'm trying to find out if I will be able to run 35x12.50x20s with a -44 offset on my 00 f150 with a leveling kit ?

You will be pushing it. Trimming will be a necessity.
