That is a very nice setup.

So what is the biggest set of tires I can fit without the t-bars cranked?

Just a torsion crank and a 1.5" block in the back. 20s and 35s. Put em on this weekend.

How much can you tighten them on a f150 7700 or the 250 ld I know that they sit higher than the regular F150

I keep reading you'll smoke your transmission if you don't change your gears with larger Tires.

Is this because you're Towing or for some other reason?

I don't do any towing and don't plan on any time soon. (Maybe next year when I pick up another race car but by then, I'd have gears.)

I guess it depends on how you drive it. I take it pretty easy on mine so I dont see my tranny going anytime soon. I actually cant remember the last time I had mine downshift on me, but I do tow my 20ft boat from time to time and I would like new gears for that.

Ive had trucks with oversize tires my whole driving life and only regeared 1. Nothing ever happened to them. I gave them pure T hell too.

Only reason I regeared my old 99 Z was because it was running 38x15.5's w 11.5" lift. Had 4.56 in it.
