Look bottom line, i have installed a few of these spindle kits on multiple makes of truck. 2 of them this model f150. If you want to lift 3" and be level the absolute easiest to install, best riding, and closest to level would be a 3.5" lift kit from rough coutry or pro comp. these kits are designed really well. They look awesome with 33" (285 or 305) tires, and you dont usually have to regear with 33s. Youll have a mean 4x4-esque stance and comnined with 33s and a limited slip or locker will greatly enhance your trucks offroad capability and looks. Any questions let me know i know alot about these 2wds and always willing to help.

Ya I can personally testify to the 3.5'' rough country spindles. I had them for about 4.5 years on the truck when I sold it and they are still on there. I never ever had a problem with them what soever. No rub issues, no ball joint issues, no issues at all. They are great quality and and just a great product. RC has me hooked. I also had there 3'' blocks in the rear for about 2.5 years and never had a problem from them either. As for which kit you should get is totally up to you. I would honestly suggest waiting till you get the money and get a spindle lift kit. You will be much happier, and you can always add a spacer and some bigger blocks like I did down the line.
