Default 2wd lift kit help

Where would be the best place to get a lift kit for a 98 2wd with the 4.6 v8? I'm looking for the complete setup with the shocks and would like to keep it under $1,000. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Rough country 3.5" spindle lift sounds like exactly what you're looking for.

Does it come with the rear lift blocks also?

What would be the 33/35s tire size with 18" wheels? What back spacing of wheels? And would it clear or would I have to do some trimming?

you won't be able to clear 35s with that setup. I'd go with a 285/65/18 which is roughly 33x11.5x18. Can't help with the rim stuff never bought aftermarket rims.
