The ones that rus posted a picture of has them. I recently ordered a set for my grandfather who pulls a travel trailer all the time. He got tire of having to ducktape his mirror extension on.

They are the ones posted in the second link in th op. They are offered in several differnet formats. I'm looking to order a set with power and signals.

sadly i dont think us guys with super crews can get towing mirrors without some modification

You can trim some new body style ones to fit a screw, not perfect but nice
