Default 2004 4.6 cobra motor swap into 2000 4.6 F-150

So I come across another amazing deal my friends. A non supercharged 2004 mustang cobra 4.6 H.O motor with full transmission and computer. And I plan to drop if into my F-150. Does any one know if I will run into many problems? Other thAn wiring. Will it mount into place properly?? I'm fully prepared to lengthen or shorten my driveshaft etc... Comments or any previous projects similar to this?? Pictures would be greatly appreciAted

Sure it's a 04 Cobra? Thought they were superchared in 03-04. The motor will bolt up to the motor mounts but I'm not sure about the T56 6 speed. You'll probally have make a custom mount or crossmember.

It should have an Eaton M112 supercharger on it. PCM, wiring, and getting the tranny straight will be the biggest challenges.

No it wont work at all, you wasted you money, I'll take it off your hands and dispose of it properly, where are you located? I'll come get it right now.

+1 on the tranny issue, not sure of the length either, you may have to cut another hole in the floor for all I know.
