Default 2003 SuperCrew cab wiring access points

So, my searching ability is failing me here, partly because of the wording I think. Is there a diagram anywhere that shows all the places on the cab where you can run wiring in and out?

I have a lot of wiring to clean up and add, and I'd like to keep it as neat as possible. Examples:
  • Amp power
  • Backup camera video signal
  • CB antenna

My understanding is there's a grommet on the driver's side near the gas pedal in the firewall that can be used for running a power line off the battery. And I've found a sealed grommet under the rear passenger side of the cab, though I'm not sure how to make use of it without pulling out the back seat and carpet to get to it. There also appears to be some kind of plastic port on the back of the cab, but any access to it is blocked by the inner cab lining.

Anyone have a list of the spots and the best way to make use of them, or better yet a diagram showing where you can get in and out?

Theres a grommet on rear bottom driver side of cab i went in for camera wire. Made slit with razor knife. Up to then i ran wires in plastic loom tiewrapped to frame.

Amp wire came in grommet on passenger side floor . Down fender in plastic loom all way to grommet. Conceivably something could catch on this wire if used heavy offroad, but i dont. My audio wires run down driver side, and I didnt want to go over to that side and thru firewall and then back to passenger side in order to keep the 2/0 wire (100% copper welding cable) as short as possible. It only hangs down an inch or two to make a bend to go up thru floor.

I bought a bag of bulkead fittings, but couldnt find a place on firewall to drill hole with access on other side.

If you have a 90 degree drill and step bit you can get a decent sized hole maybe slightly larger than 1 inch in your firewall, right next to the PCM connector behind your battery. Then you can access it from your passenger side behind the glove box.
