2003 supercab leaking doors

Hey guys, my truck is leaking between both door ( left and right ) where the two doors meet, in the low part of the seal just below the latch at the top of the doors. I replaced the seals on the half door, and the main seal around the whole cab opening, still leaks. I then adjusted the pin at the bottom of cab opening which the half door latches on too ( didn't get much ) I also found shims under the top latch pin, so I removed those, the door definitely closes tighter against the cab, but still leaks!!!

Is there anything else I can do to remedy this? How can I get a tighter close. It must be common if both sides are doing the same thing?

I have been chasing these leaks quite a bit, it's getting expensive!

Any help is much appreciated.

That's what I'm scared of... I live up in the northwest.... Lots of rain here, she may never dry out!

I'm not looking at my 2000 right now but i believe there's a rubber triangle section at the top corner of the doors.(i cant remember exactly where it is. It could be attached to the back doors) Could this be causing a leak?

Yeah there is rubber there, it is part of the rear doors weather strip, I replaced em already :(

Im not sure if i will much help but i found with mine if the half door isn't closed or latched it will leak. so when i close the door (little bit of force) i push on the top half. i had a bit of a leak after a rain storm... what was happening to me is the door seemed to be closed but if you pull open on the top half of the door it seemed closed but it wasn't fully latched. it seems like a silly system cuz if water gets past the primary seal and leaks down into that one that dips below the latch..... where is the water suppose to drain too???

Yeah I made sure they were shut, and sprinkled my truck... They just don't hold water it seems. Really disappointed in this design, I feel like I'm outta options.....

This is the source of my leak. Torn. Must attempt repair. Replacing the whole thing will be a hassle. Using this when it arrives to patch this tear back together:
