Please help me to the best of your ability. i have searched all over but still cant find a direct answer. so i have a 2003 f150 2 WD extended cab and im goin to try to put a 3.5 inch spindle kit and a 3 inch coil spacer in the front with a 3 inch block in the back. can some one please tell me how hard it will be to install?(i have common sense and i know how to work on things i live on a farm so i know how to make things work ha) and what do you think it will look like after i install all that? and will i run into any problem installing it exp drive shaft alinement probs or not being able to get a good enough alinement with the stock cambers ect.... please tell me what im getting myself into before i do it completly

Not sure what the spindle kit is, I'd recommend a AAL with a spacer in the rear. On the front, spacers are cheap. You will need shocks front and rear. On the look, depends completely on the tire size you run. If you put say a 31-33" tire on it will look mostly stock unless your looking for the ground clearance (tire is proportional to the lift so it will not be really noticeable unless you have the vehicle next to a stock truck). Least that has been my experience with a Cherokee I have. Doesn't really look lifted because of the 31 under a 3.5" lift.

The 285/70-17 should fit on a 4wd once the torsion bars are cranked slightly. I run 285/70-17 on a stock 2wd 5.9 Cummins that gets 28 mpg. You'll be able to fit the 305's once your done.

IMO, that and the 5 link front axle are the only reasons to by Dodges. Now if only you could still get Alison's behind them like you could on the first gen 5.9's. I have friends that have 6.7's, they rather go to the 5.9. Just way more in the aftermarket for them and they are so much more fuel efficient. Only thing that's better than that is the CAT's and I don't know if you can still get that in a SD.
