Find what the largest tire is that will fit (listed in the FAQ) for your truck (4x4 and 4x2 are a little different).
Take that size and go to a tire size calculator site. plug in the numbers for the 16 or 17 rim and then compare it to the 20 inch rim.
Find the size that is equal to the 16/17" diameter and width and you now have the 20" tire size.
Backspacing is rim dependent though.
I've got '21 F150 Ltd w fox 2.0 ( w 5/8" adjustment done) with oem 22" wheels, and 285/55/R22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers that measure 34.61" in total diameter. No rubbing. Headlights auto adjust (reset), as does all safety features,
on Ltds I was told.
