Told yuh lol, - sucks, the bumper pad is acting exactly as I described earlier. They all wanna do that, specially around the radius. But you can get them back doing something like I suggested earlier. Worked for me anyway. Looks good jp, with a little pad persuasion, it'll get there.

Jbrew, I should have known it was going to do exactly like you said. Lol I referred to your post when I couldn't get the driver side bracket to slide. A little grease and persuasion went a long way to evening it out.
Bear, thank you very much. I had to sand down the bumper pad and start all over after I put the paint on too thick and it ran but alls well that ends well.

Great on the bumper, you get it there eventually. It's the pad itself that can be a mother and take some work reforming. That's what I had to wedge and shim to maintain proper form and correct minor/major gap variations. That came after getting the bumper right and was little tricky. After some time, the wedges/shims were no longer needed as the form held on it's own. Kind of surprised me how that worked out, did eventually with the 98 pad...the outside corners were off the most, never the less reformable lol
