2003 5.4 exhaust
 

I know this has been best to death thousands of times but I just want confirmation by someone who has something similar or has installed something similar. I have an all stock engine other than a gotts mod and K&N filter. I am going to get the coated Pacesetter long tube headers (I will be blasting/stripping then painting them with the high temp paint myself) I then want to take out both of my cats and put a Magnaflow high flow out of each LT, then leave the factory Y-Pipe, and then into a Borla XR-1. And of course be tuned for LT's and no O2's/CATS. My question is, does this all sound correct to someone with experience with exhaust like this am I missing anything?

Edit: I have one stupid question: What do I do with the O2 sensors, since I will be tuned for not having them will, they just hang under the truck pretty much, or get tied back in somehow?
