Default 2 wheel questions

I bought a 2000 f150 XLT 4x4 with the 4.6L last year and just finally got it on the road. It was sitting on a paved driveway for the last 4 years and was senior driven (given the 75,000km (46,000 miles) on it). I drove into a store yesterday and buddy said my back tire was shakey and we shook it but didn't seem to be the bearing, I shook it today and it sounded squeaky but the truck drives smooth. All I got is back brakes (no front) and they're bad and my shocks are pretty toast (bouncy). Could that just be my problem?
My second question, I saw 20 inch rims and thought of getting them and 275/60r20 for my truck. Would these fit my stock truck?
Thanks in advance!

I'd get some front brakes on that thing so you don't drive into anymore stores.

That would be priority, so you don't hurt or worse yet kill someone. Rear brakes aren't meant to stop the vehicle safely. The weight of the truck is up front. If anything else, transfer the rear brakes to the front...if you can. Pronto!

As far as your wheels go, it depends on what offset your wheels are.

Lol I'm sorry! I meant I pulled into a store I didn't drive the bad ford through her! Hahaha. It stops well but I really need brakes soon. I'm not sure of the offset of the rims I'm thinking of getting. I just know it's 5 bolt for our generation fords.

Also need to know the width of the wheel too. Just make sure that the wheels have a bolt pattern of 5x135 as '97-'03 F-150's and Expeditions are the only vehicles with this lug pattern.

You can fit 20x12 and 33's with a 2.5" leveling kit and minor trimming. Just to give you an idea
