You can go 3" bl that won't touch suspension. Or you can go 4-6" suspension lift and that will give you the parts necessary to put all of the suspension back to factory specs.

Just curious but lets say i go the 4 inch suspension lift route, would i really be gaining 4 inches? right now my truck sists 20 inches off the ground. would i then be sitting at 24 inches or am i taking some lift away by removing the stock ranchos to add the 4 inch lift?

You won't lose anything when you remove the stock shocks. It will be right around 4".

The shocks don't have anything to do with lift, they just dampen the ride. If you get a 4 or 6" lift you will have to replace your current shocks. Go with a body lift and you keep the current shocks.

I'm not t99 sure if the 4 inch lift comes with the subframe drop bracket or not but you'll probably want an alignment after the lift anyways

That looks like the rancho lift crossmember. You should see if its a one piece or not. If the front crossmember is connected to the rear one then I think you have a rancho 4'' kit. Heres a link, take a look and see the crossmembers are connected. I don't think any other companys use that style. Ignore the 97-99 part. Suspension components wouldn't have changed from 97-03 on 4x4s.
