Alright i dont put a whole lot of miles on my truck so thats why i was asking. Ill be buying new tires soon for the winter season so thats when i plan on getting the alignment done. Lets say i decide to go the 4 inch lift route in the future, will the cranked tbars interefere with that in any way?

Just curious but lets say i go the 4 inch suspension lift route, would i really be gaining 4 inches? right now my truck sists 20 inches off the ground. would i then be sitting at 24 inches or am i taking some lift away by removing the stock ranchos to add the 4 inch lift?

The shocks don't have anything to do with lift, they just dampen the ride. If you get a 4 or 6" lift you will have to replace your current shocks. Go with a body lift and you keep the current shocks.

That looks like the rancho lift crossmember. You should see if its a one piece or not. If the front crossmember is connected to the rear one then I think you have a rancho 4'' kit. Heres a link, take a look and see the crossmembers are connected. I don't think any other companys use that style. Ignore the 97-99 part. Suspension components wouldn't have changed from 97-03 on 4x4s.
