Default 2002 F150 Slowly Fixing and Modifying

So, a while ago this year I got myself a 2002 F150 XLT 4.6L V8 Extended Cab. This replaced my previous little sports car that I used to have before it got creamed by a Ford Ranger that blazed through a red light and hit me in my rear passenger quarter panel. So basically replacing little sports car with a tank.

Going to do the basics for now. Modify the exhaust, replace shocks with KYB Monomax shocks. I have a tonneau cover on order right now and Extang Black Max tonneau cover. So far I've replaced the heater core, which was a rather lengthy repair.

Planned Mods:
Lightning 2 piece Headlights
+08 F250 Tail Lights
Chrome Grille with Black Honey Comb Insert
KYB MonoMax Shocks
Replace Bushings
Addco Swaybars
Steering Stabilizers
Replace Hood Struts
Extang Black Max Tonneau Cover (On Order)
Shorty Headers (I need to be CA Smog Legal)
Replace Magnaflow Muffler with Flowmaster 40
Re-route exhaust from 45 degree angle to straight out the back

Here's some shots of my truck.

Thanks and yes I know, it had more when I just got it, chrome covers on the side mirrors, door latches and tail gate latch, but I ditched em, way to much for me. I'm not sure what I'm wanted to do with the bottom chrome parts, I honest kind of like those, but they need replacing because they look kinda warped to me. Other ideas are appreciated.

Clean little truck, I'd paint the grille surround to match the truck, get a set of SVT lightning headlights, and 08+ SuperDuty tail lights.

Do you want to up or down with it?

So far my ideas are:

Lightning Headlights
Honey comb grille
KYB Monomax Shocks

Not sure if I want lift it or lower it to be honest.

How do you fit 08+ tail lights?

Modify a bracket and they go right in
