hey guys so my truck has been making a clanking noise the past week or so. I also just had it at the mechanics today for tie rods, bushings, and fuel filter. I had told them this morning when I dropped it off that it was making that noise and I guess they didn't do anything to help it. its like a metal to metal clank but only at random times. it doesn't matter if I'm going straight or turning, slow or the speed limit, not sure if its making that noise while on the freeway cause I cant hear it then just cause of traffic or semis and what not. sounds like its coming from the drivers side in the front. needs rear shocks but I was told the front shocks are fine. it can also happen whether i'm going over a bump or I'm on a newly paved road. please help ill take any opinions I can get as I cant figure it out on my own.
