Default Ignition Coils, Can I mix regular with high energy?

I have a code 0305 and I assume it's one of the high energy ignition coils I used to replace all of mine back in 2015. Can I use a regular non high energy ignition coil for the single cylinder with the firing issues? Or does this create some kind of potential timing/firing issue?

I have a 2000 F150 with the 5.4L V8.

I have looked around and cannot find a good answer.

Thanks

"High Energy" is junk. That's why they only lasted 3 years.

Ditch them all and get Motorcraft or Denso coils. They have all you need for "energy".
