2002 Catalytic Converters
Hey guys,
Im looking for some answers. I have a S-Crew 2002 F150 (4.6L) that I'm trying to redo the exhaust on. The guy I bought it from had some shop chop out the cats and it just turned out to be a **** job. Right now I'm looking for some replacement catalytic converters, but the most reasonably priced ones I can find are off of 2004-2007*?* models. The only difference I can discern from the pictures online is that my truck came with 4 cats total (2 each side) and the newer models only had 2 cats (at the second 02 sensors). Are these pipes interchangeable? Or did Ford make a slight difference in the bend angles to where the pipes wouldn't fit on my truck?
