Default Short fuse draining battery? Help!?

So I have a keyless entry pad on my driver side door and it didn't work so I opened it up and scrubbed the contacts clean and now it works. Went to go to the store and my truck wouldn't start. Just one click from it. So I replaced the battery and it was doing just fine for about a day or so.then this morning I went out and tried to start it and boom, same click. Could this keypad be draining my battery overnight? I don't really need it because it's just a luxury. But what do I do!?

Find the fuse to that pad, pull it for the night and see if it the battery is dead in the morning. That would rule it as the problem or if the battery is still dead, you can look elsewhere.

Should have tested the battery before replacing it.
