2000 f150 starting issue

I have a 2000 f150 XL 4x4 5.4L V8 lately it has been revving high when I start but struggles at first but today after sitting for a day without driving it tried to start but shut off and had to pump gas few times while starting it to get it to start. IAC valve, fuel pump? Ideas?
