Torque Pro could of told you what the tech did...and then some. What kind of cope's did you get ? If you losing the whole right bank intermittently, that tells me it's PCM, - the solid state switches are going out....your coil drivers. Definitely fuel first, - it is the general rule of thumb to completely rule out first. The tech shouldn't question or guess at anything fuel related, he should know or he ain't worth a snot.

You can check coil signal with a noid or light same as you would an injector. Coil signals are somewhat the same as injector signal, coils just do it at a lower voltage. ...So the test light or noid will be dim vs bright, but like I said, -sigs the same.

These Lisle Noid Lights are pretty bad ****. It's very universal, and only 25 bucks.
As Eric O. of South Main Auto would say.... there's no replacement for a scope on a rope.

I agree with JBrew on this one. PCM signal or ground for the PCM is bad, IMO. To get a whole bank to shut down can only be control related. If one bank shuts down, then so would the opposite bank if it was fuel related.
